- Preheat oven to 350°F or set a large skillet over medium heat. Ensure your cooking surface is ready before beginning preparation.
- Place chicken strips in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly until each piece is evenly coated with the seasoning blend.
- Transfer seasoned chicken to the preheated skillet. Cook over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. The chicken is done when golden brown and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk until completely smooth and well incorporated. The sauce should be creamy and spreadable.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean work surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of garlic sauce down the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
- On top of the sauce layer, arrange shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and cooked chicken strips. Finish with an even distribution of mozzarella and cheddar cheese over each wrap.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose all fillings completely. Ensure the seam is secured on the bottom.
- For melting: Place wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes, or toast in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden.
- Slice each wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately while warm and cheese is melted.
